A couple of weeks ago, I took my camera in to London and took a few pics!
It was a wee bit nippy, but I braved the cold, and it was worth it! It’s quite amazing what you can get with some long exposures. I was surprised and delighted with what came out of the camera - with no post-editing required either. If your camera has the capability, I very highly recommend you take it and a tripod in to the city and I promise you can get photos like these!
The light lines are the lights from the passing traffic, including double decker buses for the higher lights.
The shooting star in the above picture was just a happy stroke of luck, I can’t take credit for it unfortunately!
There’s more of these photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/davehadley/sets/72157628967803213/with/6736528319/ if you’re interested.
Have a great week everyone!
